Název práce Strategie stabilizace postury při stoji na labilní ploše a při aplikaci válce s vodou Cíle: Cílem práce je zjistit míru aktivace (MA) vybraných svalů při provedení výpadu na nestabilní plochu a s válcem s vodou (aquabag), volbu posturálních strategií při rozdílném působení podmětů vytvářejících nestabilní prostředí a vytvoření metodiky pro měření a zpracování dat. Metody: Do této pilotní studie bylo zahrnuto 5 probandů. Měření míry svalové aktivace bylo provedeno pomocí povrchového EMG nad svaly musculus gluteus medius a paravertebrálními svaly bilaterálně, do kterých se promítne i míra aktivace mm Multifidii, jako součást hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře. Pro zpracování dat EMG bylo využito systému Origin 2020. Posturální stabilita byla měřena pomocí stabilometrického měření na silových desekách Kistler a následně byla data zpracována systémem Bioware, MS Excel a Matlab. Pro analýzu získaných dat EMG měření bylo využito prostého porovnání, pro analýzu dat systému Kistler bylo využito prostého porovnání a statistické metody t-test. Výsledky: Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že pozice ve výpadu s aquabagem vyvolává zvýšenou míru aktivace u většiny měřených svalů, vyjma mm. Multifidi nedominantní dolní končetiny, v porovnání s výpadem na labilní plošinu. Dále bylo prokázáno, že se proces... Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the level of muscle actiavtion of choosen muscles during lunge on unstable surface or with using water barrel. Investigation of the postural strategy used during lunge orn unstable surface or with the water barrel and creation of methodology for measurment and data analysis. Methods: Into this pilot study, there were picked 5 people (athletes). Data for outcomes where used from 3 athletes. The measurement of level of muscle activation were done by surface electromyography over gluteus medius muscle and musculi multifidii bilaterally.For data procession was used software Origin 2012 Postural stability was measured through force plates by Kistler and gained data were procesed by using software programmes Bioware, MS Excel and Matlab. For data analysis from EMG measurement was used simple comparasion of outcomes. Stabilometry outcomes were analysed by statistical methode t-test. Results: The results indicate greater level of measured trunk muscles activation during lunge with aquabag than lunge on unstable surface.
