Pastva divokých kopytníků je klíčovým faktorem, který výrazně ovlivňuje ekosystémy. Přítomnost kopytníků se neprojevuje pouze jako pastevní tlak ve smyslu spásání vegetace, ale také skrze vlivy jako je okus, depozice živin nebo eroze půdy. Pastevní tlak divokých kopytníků je proměnlivý v čase, stejně tak tolerance k pastvě jednotlivých druhů rostlin v závislosti na dalších faktorech prostředí. Některé druhy jsou schopny se s mírným pastevním tlakem vyrovnat lépe než jiné a je možné sledovat i zvyšování druhové diversity společenstva, naopak vysoký pastevní tlak ovlivňuje společenstva negativně, způsobuje pokles druhové diversity a často vede k ruderalizaci vegetace. Vlivem vysokých hustot divokých kopytníků a intenzivního pastevního tlaku dochází k rozsáhlým změnám věkové i druhové struktury lesních i nelesních ekosystémů. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivy kopytníků na vegetaci lesních i nelesních společenstev, které jsou proměnlivé v kontextu abiotických faktorů prostředí. Také nabízí pohled na problematiku divokých kopytníků v národních parcích a chráněných krajinných oblastech v České republice. The presence of the ungulates manifests as grazing, but also as browsing, fecal and urine deposition and soil erosion. The grazing pressure of wild ungulates as well as grazing tolerance of plants is variable over time. Some species can cope with moderate grazing better than others and then grazing can increase species diversity. On the other hand, intensive grazing can influence plant communities negatively reducing plant diversity and supporting ruderal plant species. High population densities of wild ungulates and their intensive grazing pressure cause changes in the age and species composition of forest and non-forest ecosystem. This bachelor thesis deals with the effects wild ungulates have on forest and non forest vegetation, which are variable according to many abiotic environmental factors. The bachelor thesis also offers an insight into the issue of the wild ungulates in nationals parks and in landscape protected areas in the Czech Republic.
