Bakalářská práce předkládá modernizaci technologického postupu výroby svorky ve firmě FERRUM s.r.o. Díl slouží ke spojení ochranných prvků s výstupovým žebříkem. Součást je vyráběna z plechu o tloušťce 3 mm. Jako výchozí materiál byla zvolena ocel S235JR s následným žárovým zinkováním jako protikorozní úpravou. Z možností výroby byla s ohledem na velikost série 1300 kusů týdně zvolena technologie stříhání a ohýbání ve sdruženém nástroji, kde bude díl vyroben ve třech krocích. V prvním jsou děrovány otvory pro šrouby a dílec je odstřihnut od polotovaru, druhý krok je volný a slouží k posuvu. Ve třetím dojde k ohybu. K výrobě bude zapotřebí tvářecí síla 618 kN, přičemž bude probíhat na výstředníkovém lisu LEN 63 C, nacházejícím se ve strojovém parku firmy. The bachelor thesis presents the modernization of the technological process of clamp manufacturing in the company FERRUM s.r.o. The part is used to connect the protective elements with the exit ladder. The component is made of 3 mm thick sheet metal. S235JR steel with subsequent hot-dip galvanizing as an anti-corrosion treatment was chosen as the starting material. Regarding to the size of a series of 1300 pieces per week, the shearing and bending technology in the combined tool was chosen from the production possibilities, where the part will be produced in three steps. In the first, holes for the screws are punched and the part is cut from the blank, the second step is free and serves for shift. In the third the part will be bended. A forming force of 618 kN will be required for production, which will take place on an eccentric press LEN 63 C, located in the company's machine park.
