Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na návrh automatizovaného reportingového systému pre malú spoločnosť a následnú analýzu jednotlivých ukazovateľov. Súčasťou práce je návrh optimalizácie vybraného procesu v spoločnosti. Práca analyzuje súčasný stav v spoločnosti a na základe analýzy je navrhnutý reportingový systém. Analýze predchádza rozsiahla teoretická rešerš zaoberajúca sa reportingom, procesným manažmentom a v poslednom rade aj automatizáciou. Vlastné riešenie obsahuje ukážku prostredia reportingového systému, dashboardov, zhodnotenie jednotlivých analýz a optimalizáciu procesu. This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of an automated reporting system for a small company and the subsequent analysis of reporting indicators. The second part of the thesis contains the optimization design of the selected process in the company. The work analyses the current state of the company and based on the analysis, a reporting system is designed. The analysis is preceded by extensive theoretical research dealing with reporting, process management, and, last but not least, automation. The solution itself includes a demonstration of the reporting system environment, dashboards, evaluation of individual analysis, and process optimization.
