Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci procesu vstřikování daného dílu a jeho zavedení do sériové výroby. V prvním kroku došlo k odzkoušení vstřikovací formy a k prvotnímu určení vstřikovacích parametrů. V následném kroku došlo k vytvoření simulací v programu CADMOULD. Tyto simulace vypočetly teoretické vstřikovací parametry a ty byly porovnány s parametry nastavenými na vstřikovacích strojích. Dále byly vyhotoveny měřící protokoly na tvar, podle kterých došlo k optimalizaci tvarů v dutinách vstřikovacích forem. V poslední řadě byly provedeny zátěžové zkoušky, které odhalily problémy v procesu vstřikování. This diploma thesis deals with optimalization of the injection process of the part and its implementation into serial production. In the first step, the injection mold was tested and injection parameters were initially defined. In the next step, simulations were created in the CADMOULD program. These simulations calculated theoretical injection parameters and these were compared with the parameters set on the injection molding machines. Then, the shape measurement protocols were prepared, according to which the shapes in the cavities of the injection mold were optimized. Finally stress tests were performed, which detected problems in the injection process.
