Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu a jeho optimalizací. Zlepšení je dosaženo pomocí prediktivní simulace. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány pojmy spojené s procesním řízením organizace a měřením práce. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na zlepšování podnikových procesů vrámci procesu digitalizace a metodiku simulačních projektů spojených s tvorbou digitálního dvojčete procesu. V analytické části je nejprve představen výrobní podnik a je zde provedena globální analýza procesů. Poté je zde pomocí několika technik zanalyzován konkrétní výrobní proces, který bude optimalizován. Vnávrhové části jsou popsány nynější simulační modely a navrhované podoby procesu. Varianty jsou zhodnoceny a jsou zmíněny přínosy navrhovaného řešení. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of the production process and its optimization. Improvement is achieved thanks to a predictive simulation. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concepts associated with the process management of the company and measurement of work. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the improvement of business processes within the process of digitalization and methodology of simulation projects associated with the creation of a predictive digital twin. The analytical part contains an introduction of the manufacturing company and a global analysis of processes. Then, with the help of several techniques, the production process which will be optimized is analyzed. The design part of the thesis describes the current simulation models and the proposed form of the process. Individual options are evaluated, and the benefits of the proposed solution are stated.
