Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním vlastního návrhu řešení projektu pro dodávku e-shopu pro společnost podnikající v odvětví prodeje elektrospotřebičů a elektroniky. Práce se zaobírá vypracováním analýz aktuálního stavu společnosti a zároveň použitím moderních metod projektového managementu k vypracování návrhu plánu projektu. This bachelor's thesis deals with the development of a proposed project solution for the delivery of an e-shop for a company operating in the field of sales of electrical appliances and electronics. This thesis deals with analysis of the current state of the company and at the same time the use of modern project management methods to develop a project plan.
