Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proces nákupu ve zvoleném výrobního podniku. V práci se podrobně zabývám jednotlivými částmi nákupního procesu. V první části jsou základní teoretické podklady a pojmy. Další část popisuje současnou situaci a analyzuje problém. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zrychlení nákupního procesu a jejich přínosy. The bachelor thesis is focused on the process of purchasing in a selected manufacturing company. In this thesis I focused closely on the individual parts of the purchasing process. The first part summarizes the basic theoretical background and terms. The next part describes the curerent situation and analyses the problem. The last part presents proposals how to accelerate the purchassing process and their benefits.
