Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci skladování ve vybraném podniku. Práce analyzuje současný stavu skladu a současný stav skladování pomocí metody ABC a metod analýzy práce. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz je navrhnuto řešení, které může optimalizovat skladování ve vybraném podniku. The bachelor thesis focuses on the warehousing optimization in a selected company. The work analyzes the current state of the warehousing and the current state of the warehouse using the ABC method and methods of work analysis. Based on the results of these analyzes, a solution is proposed that can optimize warehousing in the selected company.
