Práce je složena ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se věnujeme historickému pohledu na problematiku výkonové motivace a její vývoj. Teoretickým východiskem pro výzkumnou část je zejména Heckausenův a Rheinbergův Rozšířený kognitivní model motivace zahrnující aspirační úroveň, atribuce a vztahové normy. Ve výzkumné části byl zjišťován vliv vztahových norem učitelů čtvrtých a pátých tříd (N = 20) na proměnné výkonové motivace jejich žáků (naděje na úspěch, pasivní strach z neúspěchu a aktivní strach z neúspěchu. N = 405). Na základě vícerozměrných a jednorozměrných statistik bylo prokázáno, že žáci učitelů preferujících individuální vztahovou normu se liší od žáků učitelů upřednostňujících sociální vztahovou normu v proměnných naděje na úspěch a pasivní strach z neúspěchu a to jak v součtovém skóru, tak i pro oblast školních a sportovních aktivit. Nebyly nalezeny signifikantní rozdíly pro proměnné aktivního strachu z neúspěchu v sumárním skóru i ve školních a sportovních činnostech. Výsledky, které mohou být specifické pro výzkumný vzorek, jsou v linii mezinárodních výzkumů v této oblasti. Study consists of two parts, theoretical and the research one. The theoretical part is mainly devoted to the achievement motivation and its development. We consider for the theoretical starting point Heckhausen and Rheinberg{\crq}s Extended Model Achievement Motivation which comprises of level aspiration, attribution and reference norm. Influence of the reference norms of teachers (N = 20) on the variables of achievement motivation of their pupils (N = 405). It concerns of the following variables {--} Hope of Success (HS), Passive Fear of Failure (PFF) and Active Fear of Failure (AFF). It was revealed that students of their teachers with preference of individual reference norm will be different from the students of teachers with predominance of social reference norm in the above mentioned motivational characteristics (HS, PFF). No significant diferences were revealed in the variable Active Fear of Failure. It is valid in the sum score and for the school and sport activities. Our results are in line of the international research in this field . Results may be sample specific and should not be generalized.
