Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení procesu kontroly materiálu ve vazbě na výrobní proces ve vybrané společnosti zabývající se výrobou aerosolových nádobek. Návrh vycházející z analýzy procesu kontroly materiálu aplikuje metodu AQL a zkoušku tvrdosti podle Brinella pro vstupní kontrolu materiálu a uvádí metodiku zlepšování kvality procesu. Vypracovaný návrh by měl vést ke snížení zmetkovitosti a zlepšení dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů. The bachelor's thesis focuses on improving the process of material control in relation to the production process in a selected company engaged in the production of aerosol cans. The proposal based on the analysis of the material control process applies the AQL method and the Brinell hardness testing for the input control of the material and presents the methodology for improving the quality of the process. The developed proposal should lead to a quality defects reduction and the improvement of supplier-customer relations.
