Bakalářská práce s tématem Bytový dům v Dobrušce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci na úrovni pro provádění stavby. Objekt se nachází v městské části obce Dobruška. Pozemek se nachází na rovinatém terénu. Hlavním účelem bylo vytvořit pohodlné a moderní bydlení pro rodiny. Jedná se o novostavbu třípodlažního bytového domu, který je částečně podsklepený. V bytovém domě se nachází celkem 11 bytových jednotek, sklepní kóje, skladovací prostory a technické zázemí domu. Většina bytů je o velikosti 3+KK, v posledním podlaží nalezneme 2 bytové jednotky o velikosti 3+1. Jedná se o členitý dům s hlavním vchodem z východní strany. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Základy budou z jižní strany napojeny odstupňovaně. Svislé nosné i nenosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny z keramických tvárnic. Celý objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou železobetonové monolitické. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. The bachelor's thesis with the topic of an apartment building in Dobruška prepares project documentation at the level for the construction. The building is located in the town of Dobruška. The land is located on a flat terrain. The main purpose was to create comfortable and modern living for families. It is a newly built three-storey apartment building, which is partially basement. The apartment building has a total of 11 residential units, cellars, storage space and technical facilities of the house. Most of the flats are 3 + KK, on the top floor we find 2 flats of 3 + 1. It is a rugged house with the main entrance from the east side. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete. The foundations will be connected in stages from the south. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. The whole building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roofing of the building is solved by a single-skin flat roof.
