Využití grafenu v elektronice je podmíněno přítomností pásu zakázaných energií grafenu. Pomocí lokální anodické oxidace grafenu lze tohoto dosáhnout. Tato práce je zaměřena na přípravu elektronických struktur pomocí této metody a charakterizaci těchto struktur pomocí Kelvinovy silové mikroskopie. Utilization of graphene in electronics is conditioned by the presence of the energy band gap of graphene. By local anodic oxidation of graphene, this can be achieved. This thesis is focused on preparation of electronic structures using this method and characterization of these structures by Kelvin probe force microscopy.
