Předmětem práce je novostavba bytového domu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie a vypracování dokumentace provádění stavby. Stavba se nachází na pozemku sídliště Olšava v Uherském Brodě. Okolní zástavba je tvořena převážně bytovými domy. Navržený objekt je samostatně stojící se třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním patrem. Součástí návrhu stavby je i parkoviště pro potřeby obyvatel bytového domu, umístněné na pozemku objektu. Pro návrh domu bylo využito tepelně izolační a akustické zdivo typu Therm. Stropní konstrukce jsou tvořeny keramickým systémem Porotherm, skládající se z nosníků POT a stropních vložek Miako. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou s vegetační úpravou. Stavba je založena na základových pasech. The subject of the work is a new construction of an apartment building with almost zero energy consumption and the elaboration of documentation for the construction. The building is located in a suburb of Olšava in Uherský Brod. The surrounding development consists mainly of apartment buildings. The proposed building is detached with three above-ground and one underground floor. Part of the design of the building is a parking lot for the needs of residents of an apartment building, located on the building plot. Thermal insulation and acoustic masonry of the Therm type were used for the design of the house. The ceiling structures are made of the Porotherm ceramic system, consisting of POT beams and Miako ceiling inserts. The building is covered with a flat roof with vegetation. The construction is based on foundation strips.
