Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů na pracovníky ve stavebním podniku. Předmětem je vymezení nákladů na stálé zaměstnance a na externí zaměstnance v konkrétním stavebním podniku. Jsou definovány pojmy mzdová politika v ČR, mzda a plat, ceny ve stavebnictví, dělníci a THP pracovníci. Následující část popisuje náklady, jež podnik má na své stálé zaměstnance, a jaký náklad má na externí zaměstnance. Dále je porovnána výhodnost najatých pracovníků a stálých zaměstnanců. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno, zda je výhodnější si pracovníky najímat či je mít jako stálé zaměstnance. Jsou také objasněny důvody, proč to má firma takto nastaveno. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the costs of workers in the construction company. The subject is the definition of the costs of permanent employees and external employees in a particular construction company. The terms wage policy in the Czech Republic, wages and salaries, prices in construction, workers and THP workers are defined. The following section describes the costs that an undertaking has for its permanent employees and the cost it has for external employees. It is also compared whether it is advantageous to hire or have permanent employees. At the end of the work, it is evaluated whether it is preferable to hire or have them as permanent employees. The reasons why the company has it set up in this way are also clarified.
