Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby bytového domu, který se nachází ve Velkém Meziříčí. Bytový dům je navržený jako samostatně stojící, osazený do mírně svažitého terénu. Objekt je podsklepený s třemi nadzemními podlažími. Vstup do objektu je umožněn z jižní strany. V bytovém domě se nachází 10 bytových jednotek, které jsou rozmístěny od 1S do 3NP. Jedná se o velikosti bytů 1+KK, 2+KK a 3+KK. Objekt je ve tvaru písmene T, doplněný o předsazené konstrukce arkýřů, které se nachází se severovýchodní a severozápadní stranu. Na jižní straně mají bytové jednotky konstrukce balkónů. Celkové půdorysné rozměry bytového domu jsou 24,12x11,92 m. Bytový dům je navržen ve zděné technologii Porotherm s kontaktním zateplením. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou řešeny jako železobetonová monolitická stropní konstrukce. Zastřešení bytového domu je navrženo pomocí nepochozí vegetační ploché střechy. Fasáda je bílé barvy a odstínech světle šedé u předsazených konstrukcí a v prostoru schodiště. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building, located in Velké Meziříčí. The apartment building is designed as a detached house, set in a slanted terrain. The building has a basement with three floors. The entrance to the building is possible from the southern side. There is a total of 10 residential units in the apartment, spread from the 1st to the 3rd floor. In terms of size, the flats are a single room with a kitchenette (1+KK), two rooms with a kitchenette (2+KK) and three rooms with a kitchenette (3+KK). The building is in the shape of the letter T, with overhanging jetties located on the north-east and north-west side. On the south side, the residential units have balcony structures. The overall floor plan‘s dimensions of the apartment building are 24.12 x 11.92 metres. The apartment building is designed in Porotherm technology with contact insulation. The horizontal structures are designed as a reinforced-concrete-monolithic-ceiling structure. The roof of the apartment building is realised by using a non-walking vegetation flat roof. The color of the facade is white with shades of light grey in the overhanging structures and in the stairwell.
