Tématem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace novostavby bytového domu v Brně v městské části Chrlice v Jihomoravském kraji. Bytový dům se nachází v katastrálním území Brno – Chrlice, parcelní číslo 1571/2. Řešeným objektem je částečně podsklepený objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkem 12 bytů. V podzemním podlaží se nacházejí společné prostory domovního vybavení. Byty v nadzemních podlažích vyjma prvního jsou vybaveny balkony přístupnými z ložnic a obývacích pokojů. Byty v posledním nadzemním podlaží jsou vybaveny i terasami. Objekt je založen na železobetonových základových pasech. Konstrukční systém objektu je stěnový obousměrný. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z cihelných bloků, vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou provedeny z železobetonu. Objekt je zastřešen plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. Bakalářská práce je tvořena hlavní textovou částí a přílohovou částí. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new apartment building in Brno in the Chrlice district in the South Moravian Region. The apartment building is located in the cadastral area of Brno - Chrlice, parcel number 1571/2. The solved object is a partially basement building with four above-ground floors. There are a total of 12 apartments on the upper floors. In the basement there are common areas of home equipment. The apartments on the upper floors, except for the first one, are equipped with balconies accessible from the bedrooms and living rooms. The apartments on the top floor are also equipped with terraces. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed from brick blocks, horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof. The bachelor thesis consists of the main text part and the appendix part.
