Předmětem bakalářské práce je bytový dům v Uherském Hradišti v ulici Zahrádky. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. V objektu je navrženo celkem 11 bytových jednotek, v podzemním podlaží jsou sklepní boxy pro jednotlivé byty. Nosné zdivo je v nadzemních podlažích tvořeno keramickými tvárnice a v podzemním podlaží bednícími tvarovkami BEST, vodorovné konstrukce jsou provedeny z železobetonu. Objekt bude zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Zastřešení bytového domu je tvořeno jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Objekt je opatřen výtahem a železobetonovým schodištěm. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is an apartment building in Uherské Hradiště in Zahrádky street. This building is partial basement with four above-ground floors. There are 11 residential units, in the basement there are cellars for individual flats. The load-bearing masonry of above-ground floors will be made of ceramic blocs, in the basement will be used BEST formwork, horizontal construction is made of reinforced concrete. The building will be insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation systém. The roof of the building consists of a single-skin flat roof. The building has ane levator and reinforced concrete staircase.
