Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh bytového domu a zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Bytový dům je umístěn v blízkosti centra obce Těrlicko na Karvinsku. Okolní zástavbu tvoří rodinné domy a zemědělské budovy. Objekt je samostatně stojící, umístěn na svažitém pozemku. Bytový dům o třech podlažích je určen k trvalému bydlení v 6 bytových jednotkách ve dvou nadzemních podlažích. Podzemní podlaží je určeno pro garážové parkování, sklepy, technické zařízení a domovní vybavení. V nadzemní části jsou navrženy byty pro tříčlenné (3+KK) a dvoučlenné (2+KK) rodiny. Každá bytová jednotka má vlastní lodžii, která je přístupná z obývacího pokoje, resp. z ložnice nebo kuchyňské části. V přízemí je navržena kočárkárna, v patře úklidová místnost. Vstup do objektu je bezbariérový. Konstrukční systém je navržen jako zděný, zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS, zastřešení jednoplášťovou plochou střechou, stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické železobetonové. The aim of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation of the construction of an apartment building. The apartment building is located near the centre of Těrlicko, a town situated in the Karvinsko region. The surrounding area of the building consists of family houses and agricultural buildings. The detached building is in the sloping land. The three-storey apartment building is designed for permanent housing int the 6 dwellings in two floors. The basement is used as parking space, cellars, and technical background. In the above-ground floors there are dwellings designed for three-membered and two- membered families. Each apartment unit has its own loggia accessible from the living room, respectively from the bedroom or kitchen. On the ground floor there is space for stocking baby-carriages. There is also a cleaning room on the first floor. The entrance to the building is barrier-free. The structural system of the building is designed as brick with contact insulation ETICS. The last floor is covered with a flat roof. The ceiling construction are made from monolithic reinforced concrete.
