Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie a vypracování dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Bytový dům je umístěn v klidné lokalitě obce Lužice nedaleko města Hodonín. Navržený objekt je řešený jako samostatně stojící, částečně podsklepený, se třemi nadzemními podlažími, usazen do mírně svažitého terénu. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí bytového domu spolu se sklepními kójemi pro jednotlivé byty. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází tři byty s vlastními předzahrádkami, dále pak společné prostory kolárny, sušárny a fitness místnosti. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází čtyři byty s vlastními terasami. Ve třetím nadzemním podlažím se nachází dva velmi prostorné byty s velkými terasami. Před budovou se nachází velké parkoviště, bytový dům je řešen bezbariérově díky vnitřnímu výtahu. Konstrukční systém objektu je stěnový, obousměrný, nadzemní podlaží jsou zděné z keramických tvárnic. Obvodové zdivo suterénu je vyzděno ze ztraceného bednění. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou prefamonolitické, složeny z nosníků POT a keramických vložek Miako. Objekt je založen na základových pasech a zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption and the processing of the design documentation for this building construction. The building is located in a quiet area of the village of Lužice near the town Hodonín. It is designed as a detached structure, with a partial basement and three floors, located on a slightly sloping terrain. In the basement you can find the maintenance room of the building, and the cellar cubicles for the individual apartments. On the first floor there are three apartments with their own front gardens, as well as the common areas of the bike shed, the drying room and also the fitness room. On the second floor there are four apartments with their own terraces. Now, on the third floor there are two very spacious apartments with large terraces. In front of the building there is a large parking lot, the apartment building is barrier-free by to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall system. The above-ground floors are built with ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry of the basement is consist of blocks of permanent formwork. The horizontal structures are prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and covered with a single-layer flat roof.
