Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu. Nachází se v Brně-venkov, v katastrálním území Hrušovany u Brna. Bytový dům leží na svažitém pozemku a je orientován na severní stranu. Má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a v každém patře kolem budovy je balkon. Střecha je plochá betonová střecha se sklonem 5%. Celá konstrukce bytového domu je ze železobetonu a zdiva s hlavním využitím na stavební materiály od společnosti HELUZ. Všechny izolační materiály jsou od společnosti ISOVER. Výkresová dokumentace nezbytná pro realizaci tohoto bytového domu byla zpracována v počítačovém programu AutoCAD. Rovněž jsou zohledněna řešení požární bezpečnosti pro tento projekt. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation for a apartment building. It is located in Brno-venkov, the cadastral area of Hrušovany u Brna. The apartment building lays on a slope land and is oriented to the north side. It has four above ground floors, with a balcony on the each floor around the building. Roof is flat concrete roof having a slope of 5%. The whole construction of the apartment building is from reinforced concrete and masonry with main use on construction materials from the company HELUZ. The insulation materials are all from the company ISOVER. The drawing documentation necessary for the realization of this apartment building was elaborated in AutoCAD computer program. Fire safety solutions for this project are also taken into account.
