Bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení novostavby bytového domu. Bytový dům je na rovinném pozemku. Jedná se o pětipodlažní podsklepený objekt. Konstrukční systém je zděný z tvárnic HELUZ. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou z tvárnic HELUZ. Obvodové zdivo je zatepleno kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou z monolitického železobetonu. Střechy jsou řešeny jako ploché jednoplášťové. V bytovém domě se nachází 14 bytových jednotek, nebytové prostory a technická místnost. Celková zastavěná plocha je 651,55 m2. Výška atiky je +12,300. Objekt má bezbariérový přístup, ale nenachází se v něm žádný bezbariérový byt. Vedle bytového domu je navrženo parkoviště. V suterénu se nachází technická místnost, klubovna, umývací místnost, kočárkárna, kolárna, sklady a sklepní kóje pro bytové jednotky. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází bytové jednotky. V posledním nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí 4 mezonetové byty, které mají přístup na venkovní terasu-vegetační plochá střecha. Byty mají přístup z jednoho centrálního schodišťového prostoru orientovaného na jihovýchod. V tomto prostoru se nachází i výtah. This thesis covers designing documentary materials for realization of a new- build property of a residential house. The residential house is planned on a flat land. It is a five-floor building with a cellar. The constructional system is brick of construction blocks HELUZ. The building is based on foundation strips from pure concrete. Vertical supporting constructions are from blocks HELUZ. Perimeter walls are thermally insulated by contact thermal insulation. Horizontal supporting constructions are from monolitic reinforced ferroconcrete. The roofs are solved as flat single housing cover. In the residential house there are 14 housing units, non-residential premises and a technical hall. The total built-up area is 651,55 m2, The attic height is +12,300. The building has got a barrier-free entrance, but there is no barrier-free flat here. There is a car park next to the residential house. There are a technical hall, a clubroom, a washroom, a pram room, a bicycle room, a storeroom and cellar booths for individual housing units. From the first floor up, there are individual housing units. In the last floor there are placed 4 maisonette flats which have an access to the outdoor terrace – a vegetative flat roof. Flats have an access from one central staircase area orientated towards south-east. In this area, there is also planned a lift.
