Cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit funkční městskou strukturu v Náměšti nad Oslavou, která funguje na principech moderního města 21. století, ale zároveň je inspirována prvky středověkého města. Jedná se tedy o snoubení starého s novým. Na tomto základu byla navržena kompaktní funkční struktura, která funguje jako komplement stávající zástavby a neslouží jako samostatný celek. V nové zástavbě tedy byly navrženy prvky, které pomohou zkvalitnit život v celém městě. Důraz byl kladen na jedinečný charakter zástavby, centrum osvobozené od automobilů, dostatek zelených ploch a práci s přírodními zdroji. Návrh počítá se životností po dobu desítek až stovek let. Navržená zástavba později může být rozšířena do prostoru, ale i do výšky. The aim of the design was to create a functional urban structure in Náměšť nad Oslavou, which works on the principles of a modern city of the 21st century, but is also inspired by elements of a medieval city. So it is a marriage of the old with the new. On this basis, a compact functional structure was designed, which functions as a complement to the existing development and does not serve as a separate unit. In the new development, therefore, elements were designed to help improve the quality of life throughout the city. Emphasis was placed on the unique character of the development, a car-free center, plenty of green space and work with natural resources. The design has a lifespan of tens to hundreds of years. The proposed development can later be extended to the space, but also to the height.
