Práce předkládá návrh nové technologie výroby rozvinutého tvaru dílce bubnové brzdy. Materiálem součásti je konstrukční ocel S355J2C. Vyráběná roční série činí 100 000 kusů. Z možných výrobních variant byla jako nejvhodnější zvolena výroba postupovým stříháním. Na základě literární studie problematiky byl navrhnut optimální způsob výroby. Svitkový polotovar je odvíjecím a rovnacím zařízením veden do konstruovaného nástroje. Ten je upnut ve zvoleném lisu LDO 800 A/S se jmenovitou tvářecí sílou 8 MN. Ekonomickým zhodnocením byla prodejní cena jednoho zhotoveného dílce stanovena na 195 Kč. Výroba se stává ziskovou po zhotovení 55 283 dílců. The project elaborates the design of the new technology production of the developed shape of the component, which is part of the drum break. The material of the component is structural steel S355J2C. The annual series produced is 100,000 pieces. From the possible production variants, the production by progressive cutting was chosen as the most suitable. Based on a literature study of the issue, an optimal method of production was proposed. The coil blank is fed to the designed tool by an unwinding and straightening device. The tool is clamped in the selected press LDO 800 A/S with the nominal forming force 8 MN. According to the economic calculations, the selling price of one manufactured part was set at 195 Kč. Production becomes profitable after making 55 283 parts.
