Tato práce popisuje návrh a sestrojení strunného nástroje s posunovatelnými pražci a vytvořením programu pro výpočet vzdáleností pražců pro různé ladící systémy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá různými druhy hudebních ladících systémů a popisuje způsob odvození několika ladění od běžně používaných po exotické a experimentální. Praktická část popisuje postup při výrobě nástroje, princip výpočtu vzdáleností pražců a testování přesnosti nastaveného ladění na nástroji. This thesis describes the design and construction of a string instrument with movable frets and the creation of a computer program for calculating fret positions for various tuning systems. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with different types of tuning systems and describes the method of deriving several types of tunings, from common to exotic and experimental ones. The practical part describes the procedure of manufacture of the instrument, the principle of calculating fret positions and testing the tuning accuracy of the instrument.
