Bakalářská práce se v rámci literární studie věnuje tváření, mechanismu plastické deformace a ocelím ke tváření. Dále popisuje principy tepelného zpracování, konkrétně metody využívané při přípravě polotovarů, výlisků a výkovků, tedy žíhání, kalení a popouštění. V praktické části bylo provedeno několik experimentů na oceli C45. První z nich ověřoval vliv deformačního zpevnění po pěchování, další byly zaměřeny na rekrystalizační žíhání, žíhání na měkko, kalení a popouštění. Vliv deformace a tepelného zpracování byl posuzován z hlediska tvrdosti, ta byla měřena zkouškou tvrdosti podle Vickerse. In the research part, the bachelor thesis deals with forming, the mechanism of plastic deformation and steels used for forming. It also describes the principles of heat treatment, specifically the methods used in the preparation of semi-finished products, pressings, and forgings, i.e., annealing, hardening, and tempering. In the practical part, several experiments were performed on C45 steel. The first of them verified the effect of strain hardening after compaction, the others were focused on recrystallization, full annealing, hardening, and tempering. The effect of deformation and heat treatment was assessed in terms of hardness, which was measured by the Vickers hardness test.
