Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou materiálového toku a štíhlé výroby v daném úseku vybrané výrobní společnosti. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na slabiny současného stavu vybraného pracoviště a definuje prostory pro zlepšení. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska práce. Druhá část práce se věnuje analyzování současného stavu daného pracoviště. V poslední části jsou navrhnuta vlastní řešení ke zvýšení plynulosti materiálového toku a na implementaci vybraných prvků štíhlé výroby. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of material flow and lean manufacturing in a given section of a selected manufacturing company. The diploma thesis focuses on the weaknesses of the current state of the selected workplace and defines the areas for improvement. The first part presents the theoretical basis of the work. The second part of the work is focused on analyzing the current state of the workplace. There are provided solutions for better material flow and to implement selected elements of lean manufacturing in the last part.
