Tato práce se zabývá přehledem současných trendů v metrologii s ohledem na přenosné souřadnicové měřící systémy a přehledem v současnosti používaných metodik pro určení způsobilosti měřících systémů a procesů. Získané poznatky jsou aplikovány pro určení způsobilosti měřícího systému skládajícího se z kloubového měřícího ramene a etalonu. This study analyzes current trends in metrology in the field of portable coordinate measuring machines and describes current methods for measurement system and process evaluation. Obtained knowledge is applied, in order to evaluate the capability of measurement system, which consists of articulated measurement arm and measurement standard.
