Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi řízení výstupních charakteristik peristaltického čerpadla. Nejprve jsou rozebrána samotná peristaltická čerpadla, jejich provedení a principy funkce. Dále jsou popsány jejich aplikace a popis využití v biomedicínských aplikacích. V hlavní části rešerše jsou popsány výstupní charakteristiky peristaltického čerpadla s navazující kapitolou, věnující se možnostem jejich řízení. Zde jsou možnosti rozděleny dle jejich povahy do tří skupin na softwarové, hardwarové a jejich kombinaci. Možnost proměnlivého řízení otáček v průběhu cyklu patří do kategorie softwarového řízení a jeho realizace je provedena v praktické části. Tato možnost byla vybrána vzhledem k jejímu univerzálnímu použití, a to jak při eliminaci, tak modulaci pulzace. V rámci práce byly navrženy programy umožňující proměnlivé ovládání rychlosti rotoru krokového motoru v průběhu jedné otáčky ve čtyřech režimech podle volby rychlostního profilu. This bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of controlling the output characteristics of a peristaltic pump. First, the peristaltic pumps themselves, their design and principles of operation are analyzed. Furthermore, their applications and a description of their use in biomedical applications are described. The main part of this review describes the output characteristics of a peristaltic pump with a follow-up chapter devoted to the possibilities of their control. Here, the options are divided according to their nature into three groups: software, hardware and their combinations. The possibility of variable speed control during the cycle belongs to the category of software control and its implementation is performed in the practical part of this work. This option was chosen due to its universal use, both in the elimination and modulation of pulsation. As part of the work, different schemes were designed that allow variable control of the rotor speed of the stepper motor during one revolution in four modes according to the choice of speed profile.
