Metóda PCR umožňujúca množenie úseku molekuly DNA závisí na teplotnom cykle ohrevu a ochladzovania zaobstaraného pomocou termocykléru. Možnosti a parametre komerčne dostupných termocyklérov sú rôzne, daná práca predstavuje konkrétny návrh a zostrojenie podporného hardwaru pre tri mikrokyvety s možnosťou ohrevu a ochladzovania vzoriek v rozsahu 5 °C až 100 °C s riadiacim firmwarom umožňujúcim externé riadenie pracovného cyklu. Následne posudzuje dosiahnuté parametry jeho pracovného cyklu, uvažuje o ďalších možnostiach a vývoji firmwaru a rozšírení prístroju o optické meranie. PCR enables to amplify copies of a segment of DNA and is dependent on thermal cycle, heating and cooling, provided by thermocycler. Options and parameters of commercially available thermocyclers are various. This thesis brings in design of hardware for three PCR tubes with ability to heat or cool down the samples in the range from 5°C to 100°C and firmware which allows external device control. It asseses aquired parameters of thermal cycle and discusses possible further development of firmware and extension for optical measurement.
