Tématem disertační práce je charakteristika profesního profilu významné osobnosti české hudební pedagogiky prof. PhDr. Evy Jenčkové, CSc. Seznamuje s šíří jejích vědeckých, pedagogických a hudebně organizačních aktivit, charakterizuje hlavní oblasti jejího profesního zájmu. Jedná se zejména o didaktiku hudební výchovy všech školských stupňů vzdělávání, obohacení hudebního repertoáru včetně metodického zpracování, hudbu pro děti v kontextu teoretických, interpretačních a hudebně pedagogických aspektů, optimální přípravu učitelů hudební výchovy i další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků realizované u nás i v zahraničí formou tvůrčích hudebních dílen. Těžištěm a velmi propracovanou oblastí jejích hudebně pedagogických publikací je hudebně pohybová výchova. Na základě obsahové analýzy komplexního hudebně pedagogického díla Evy Jenčkové a hodnoticích stanovisek pedagogické veřejnosti je zpracována charakteristika mnohavrstevné osobnosti Jenčkové a jejího profesního mistrovství. Všímá si zejména inovačního působení v zájmu optimalizace hudební výchovy, jehož charakteristickým znakem je transfer vymezených a ověřených teoretických východisek do praktických modelových řešení. Výsledkem syntézy je vymezení klíčových principů její osobité progresivní hudebně pedagogické koncepce (integrace, pedagogická... The content of the dissertation work is the professional characteristics of a prominent Czech music educator Prof. PhDr. Eva Jenčková, CSc. It introduces the breadth of her scientific, pedagogical and musical organizational activities, and characterizes the main areas of her professional interest. It focuses on music education didactics at all levels of schooling, the enrichment of music repertoire including methodological arrangements, music for children in context of theoretical, interpretative, and music pedagogy aspects. It also outlines the optimal preparation of music education students and further education of music teachers, implemented in our country and abroad in a form of creative music workshops. One of the main subjects of her publications is movement in music education. Based on the content analysis of Eva Jenckova's complex music pedagogy work and the assessments of other education professionals, this publication presents the characteristics of her multi layered personality and her professional mastery. It clarifies her innovative approach in the area of optimizing music education with characteristic feature, a transfer of proven theories into practical model solutions.
