Práce řeší problematiku judikatury Nejvyššího soudu ČR v pracovněprávní oblasti s dopadem do regionálního školství. Nejvyšší soud ČR je vrcholným orgánem obecné soustavy soudů v ČR. Hlavním posláním Nejvyššího soudu ČR je zajišťování jednoty a zákonnosti rozhodování soudů, které realizuje prostřednictvím zaujetí stanoviska k rozhodovací činnosti soudů. Pozornost je věnována rozboru jednotlivých právních kauz na poli regionálního školství. The Supreme Court is the supreme authority of the general court system in the country. Attention is devoted to the analysis of individual legal cases in the field of regional education.
