Při ošetření ovsa byla použita jako bioagens houba Trichoderma harzianum. Houba, která působí antagonisticky proti houbám způsobujícím onemocnění na obilí. Byla aplikována ve dvou dávkách na parcelky s pluchatým ovsem o rozměru 8m2. Odrůdy pěstovaného ovsa byly Neklan a Atego. První aplikace houby proběhla krátce po vzejití ovsa společně s granulovaným hnojivem NPK 11-7-7 (v roce 2005) a NPK 15-10-10 (v roce 2006), druhá aplikace byla pak provedena ve formě postřiku Supresivitem S2. Porost byl sklizen upravenou sklízecí mlátičkou a z výmlatu byly odebrány vzorky k další analýze. Závěrečné vyhodnocení proběhlo ve VÚRV Ruzyně. For oat protection was used Trichoderma harzianum as a bioagent. The fungus that antagonizes other fungi causing diseases on corn. It was applied in two doses on glumed oat allotment with the acreage 8m2 . The grown oat varieties were Neklan and Atego. The first application of the fungus was made shortly after the oat emergence in the form of granula together with the NPK 11-7-7 (in 2005) and NPK 15-10-10 (in 2006) fertilizer , the second application was made in the form of solution of Supresivit S2. The crop was yield by the special harvester and from the threshing the samples for next analyse were taken. The final apprasial was made. in VÚRV Ruzyně.
