Tvář transplantace jater se v posledních desetiletí změnila. Zlepšení jde pozorovat nejen z hlediska přežití, ale i zlepšenou kvalitou života po tomto náročném výkonu. I právě proto je kvalita života jeden z faktorů, na který je třeba brát zřetel (Durant, 2019). To i z toho důvodu, že člověk v dnešní moderní společnosti nechce jen přežívat, ale chce plnohodnotně žít. Chce být prospěšný své rodině a společnosti, ve které se vyskytuje. Chce se věnovat svým zálibám a koníčkům. Být aktivní jak po fyzické stránce, tak i po té psychické. Kvalita života je v dnešní době považována za indikátor vhodný k posouzení fyzického, psychického a sociálního zdraví (Chrastina, 2015). Metodika: Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak pacienti po transplantaci jater vnímají různorodé domény, týkající se kvality života a zda jsou výsledky rozdílné v závislosti na době uběhlé od transplantace. Pro účely výzkumného šetření byla zvolena kvantitativní metoda pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Byl použit standardizovaný dotazník WHOQOL BREF. Obsahem je 24 uzavřených otázek, které zachycují čtyři domény a dvě samotné otázky, které hodnotí celkovou kvalitu života a celkový zdravotní stav. Dotazník byl doplněn o dvě otázky, které byly zaměřeny na získání informací o dg., která u pacienta vedla k transplantaci jater a o dobu uplynulou od... The face of transplantation has changed in recent decades. The improvement can be observed not only in terms of survival, but also the improved quality of life after this demanding procedure. This is one of the reasons why quality of life is one of the factors to consider (Durant, 2019). This is also due to the fact that in today's modern society one does not only want to survive, but wants to live fully. He wants to benefit his family and the society in which he lives. He wants to do his hobbies. Everybody wants to be active physically and also mentally. Today, quality of life is considered an indicator suitable for assessing physical, mental and social health (Chrastina, 2015). Methodology: The aim of this work is to evaluate how patients after liver transplantation perceive different domains related to quality of life and whether the results are different depending on the time elapsed from transplantation. For the purposes of the research was chosen a quantitative method using a questionnaire. A standardized WHOQOL BREF was used. The questionnaire contains 24 closed questions, which contain four domains and two questions themselves. Two separate questions assess the overal quality of life and overall health.
