1 Abstrakt Název: Rozvoj individuálních dovedností obránců v kategorii starších žáků Cíle: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vyhledání a shromáždění poznatků o individuálních dovednostech obránců v ledním hokeji. S využitím takto získaných informací a zejména ve vztahu k vývojové charakteristice období staršího školního věku jsou navržena jednotlivá cvičení využitelná v procesu rozvoje obránců ve věkové kategorii starších žáků. Metody: Jednou z využitých metod v bakalářské práci je vyhledávání poznatků a informací v elektronických databází a v knižních zdrojích. Další metodou je také dotazníkové šetření a rozhovory s trenéry několika hokejových klubů. Využitou metodou je také návrh cvičení s příslušným grafickým zpracováním. Klíčová slova: Lední hokej, trénink, dovednosti, obránce. 1 Abstract Title: Development of individual skills of defenders in the category of older pupils Objectives: The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to find and gather knowledge about the individual skills of defenders in ice hockey. Using the information obtained in this way and especially in relation to the developmental characteristics of the older school age, individual exercises are proposed that can be used in the process of development of defenders in the age category of older pupils. Methods: One of the methods used in the bachelor's thesis is the search for knowledge and information in electronic databases and book sources. Another method is also a questionnaire survey and interviews with coaches of several hockey clubs. The method used is also the design of exercises with appropriate graphic processing.
