It focuses on protection and healing magic in connection with the belief in evileyeand other negative influences. The first part of the work is based on information obtained from the study of literature, briefly characterizes the development of magic in Iran and describes protective and healing methods associated with belief in enchantment in Islam, from which some of today's forms of folk magic have established themselves. The second, exploratory part contains examples of the results of a survey among members of the Bakhtiyari tribe. The aim of the work is to present the rituals and itemsthat the Bakhtiyari use to protect against enchantment, negative situations or to treat the consequences of these external influences.
