Diplomová práce se zabývá územní studií krajiny coby novým nástrojem českého územního plánování. Hlavním cílem této práci je popsat proces vzniku a vyhodnotit potenciál využití ÚSK veřejnou správou, což zahrnuje srozumitelnost studií, motivaci na straně veřejné správy k jeho pořízení, formu spolupráce zpracovatelů s pořizovateli, samosprávami, veřejností a případně dalšími subjekty. Dalším dílčím cílem je vyhodnotit soulad s Evropskou úmluvou o krajině, který je deklarován v metodickém pokynu zpracování územní studie krajiny. Ta je dokumentem, který má sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodování ve veřejném sektoru. Jako modelové případy byly vybrány čtyři územní studie krajiny zpracované pro obvody obcí s rozšířenou působností nacházejících se v zázemí Prahy. Po sémantické analýze textu vybraných územních studií krajiny následovaly polostrukturované rozhovory s představiteli zpracovatelských týmů a zástupci pořizujících úřadů obcí s rozšířenou působností. Rozhovory byly následně vyhodnoceny pomocí kvalitativních metod. Celkem byl zkoumán vliv osmi faktorů na celkový potenciál využití územní studie krajiny. Bylo zjištěno, že klíčové faktory jsou motivace na straně pořizovatele, míra zapojení obcí do zpracování studie a cena zaplacená pořizujícím městem za zpracování. Na základě provedeného výzkumu byl u... The master's thesis deals with landscape planning study which is a new instrument of spatial planning in Czechia. Main goal of the thesis to analyse the document's creation process and to evaluate a potential of utilization of the study by public sector. The evaluation includes intelligibility of the study, motivation on the side of the public sector as a contracting authority and a form of cooperation of authors and contracting authorities, municipalities, the public or other entities. Another partial goal of the thesis is to assess an accordance with European Landscape Convention, which is declared in a methodological instruction of the landscape planning study. Which is a document that should serve as a basis for decision making in the public sector. Four landscape planning studies made for districts of municipalities with extended powers which are in Prague's hinterland were chosen as model cases. After semantic analysis of the text of the chosen planning studies of landscape semi-structured interviews with representatives of author teams and contracting municipal offices followed.
