V předkládané rigorózní práci se autorka blíže a komplexně věnuje vybraným úmyslným deliktům, jejichž následkem je újma na zdraví, přičemž úmyslné trestné činy ublížení na zdraví tvoří poměrně početnou skupinu protiprávních jednání, která jsou páchána nejen na občanech České republiky, ale v posledních několika letech stále více přibývají i oběti těchto trestných činů z řad cizích státních příslušníků, pobývajících v době činu na území českého státu. Tyto delikty jsou pak bohužel poměrně běžnou součástí života. Cílem práce je poskytnout čtenáři ucelený přehled o uvedených deliktech, jak z hlediska teorie, tak z hlediska právní praxe. V úvodní kapitole lze získat informace týkající se právní úpravy skutkových podstat vybraných trestných činů a s nimi souvisejících právních pojmů v českém trestním kodexu. Pro srovnání je pak zmíněna právní úprava těchto deliktů ve Slovenské republice, přičemž je zřejmé, že mezi trestními kodexy obou zemí nejsou podstatné rozdíly, což je dáno zejména skutečností, že slovenský trestní zákoník (jakož i následně nový trestní zákoník ČR) v zásadě vycházel z právní úpravy, která byla platná za existence společného státu. Pro zajímavost je v této práci krátká zmínka týkající se právní úpravy úmyslných trestných činů ublížení na zdraví ve francouzském trestním právu. Čtenář... The following rigorous thesis closely and complexly deals with chosen deliberate crimes resulting in demage to health where these deliberate crimes make rather large group of lawless behaviour. The victims of this lawless behaviour are not only citizens of the Czech republic but recently there are also victim citizens from other countries who are currently present in the Czech Republic when the deliberate crime happens. Unfortunately these offences are quite commonly part of our life. The aim of the thesis is to give the reader general overview of the offence mentioned it theory but also in practise. In the introduction there is some information about the legislation of the facts of the chosen cases as well as the legal terms used in the Czech criminal code. In comparison, the author is mentioning the legislation of these offences in the Slovak Republic, while it is clear that there are no big differences in both penal codes. This is because of the fact that both the Slovak as well as the new Czech penal code are based on legislation used at the time when both the countries were part of one.
