Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika práce sbormistra ve sboru s lidmi s postižením. První polovina teoretické části práce přináší obecný přehled sbormistrovských kompetencí, rozdělených do tří základních oblastí, které jsou zásadní pro jeho činnost. Druhá polovina teoretické části představuje různé druhy postižení, se kterými se může sbormistr ve své práci setkat, a uvádí nástin specifických potřeb osob při sborovém zpěvu v závislosti na druhu postižení. Praktická část práce prezentuje výzkum vedený formou rozhovorů s osmi sbormistry, kteří měli profesní zkušenost buď s vedením sboru, kde majorita zpěváků měla nějaký druh postižení, nebo měli ve svém sboru integrované osoby s postižením. Analýzou často se opakujících témat ve výpovědích sbormistrů sumarizuje jejich zkušenosti, které mohou být zdrojem inspirace dalším sbormistrům, kteří se setkávají s touto problematikou. The thesis focuses on specifics of choirmaster's work in choir with people with disabilities. The first half of theoretical part brings general overview of choirmaster's competencies, divided into three principal categories, which are essential for his work. The second half of theoretical part presents different types of disabilities, which are possible for choirmaster to meet with, and outline the specific needs related to choir singing based on the type of disability. The practical part of this work presents a research built on interviews with eight choirmasters, who had the experience with leading choir with majority of people with disabilities or experienced integration of people with disabilities in their choirs. By analyzing repetitive themes mentioned in choirmaster's statements we summarize their experiences, which can be the source of inspiration to other choirmasters dealing with this problematics.
