Autorka této práce se snaží o vytvoření uceleného pohledu na žákovský orchestr Trmickus, který vznikl v roce 2010 při Základní škole Trmice. Teoretická část práce mapuje vznik, vývoj a současnost tohoto souboru. Popisuje specifikum a význam orchestru i školy, které spočívají v začleňování dětí různých sociálních skupin a menšin a práci s nimi. Tato část se tedy na začátku zaměřuje na charakteristiku a filozofii školy, která inkluzivně vzdělává žáky s etnickými odlišnostmi i tělesnými a mentálními handicapy. Vyzdvihuje zde jak přístup pedagogického sboru, tak jednotný postoj a chování žactva. Další kapitola se věnuje zakladateli orchestru a osobnosti učitele Drahoslava Straňka. Důraz se klade i na jeho pedagogické činnosti. Práce se dále zaobírá životem žákovského orchestru, kde se vliv pravidelné účasti zapisuje na členech různými rozměry a směry. Důležitou roli hraje též postavení rodičů, které jednoznačně koncipuje provoz orchestru a vytváří předpoklady úspěšných výsledků žáků. Následující kapitola přibližuje koncertní vystoupení, která se uskutečnila během krátkodobé existence orchestru. Praktickou část tvoří dotazník, který byl určen členům orchestru. Cílem tohoto praktického šetření je zjištění motivace žáků k členství, přínosů orchestru a jejich využití v životě, pozadí rodin a jejich postoje... The author of this thesis strives for a comprehensive stance on pupils' orchestra Trmickus, which was established at Trmice Elementary School in 2010. The theoretical part of this thesis examines the formation, development and the present standpoint of the ensemble. It elaborates the specifics and significance of both the orchestra and the school. These are attributed to inclusive education of children of various social groups and minorities and collaboration with them. Thus, this part initially focuses on the characteristics and the educational philosophy of the school, pupils of whom are of different ethnicities and have different types of physical and mental disabilities. It highlights both the approach of the teaching staff and the unified attitude and behaviour of the students. The next chapter is dedicated to the founder of the orchestra and the personality of teacher Drahoslav Straňek. Emphasis is placed on his pedagogical activities as well. The work then deals with the life of the student orchestra, where the influence of regular participation is recorded on the members in varied dimensions and directions.
