Tato diplomová práce se zabývá týmovou spoluprací a firemní kulturou ve stavebnictví. Cílem práce je nejprve teoreticky vymezit téma týmové spolupráce a firemní kultury ve stavebnictví. Teoretická část poskytuje ucelený pohled na danou problematiku. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky kvantitativního i kvalitativního výzkumu. Data byla získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů s vybranými zaměstnanci stavebních firem. Součástí práce jsou dílčí závěry a doporučení pro zlepšení. Jako výsledek práce byla vytvořena malá metodická příručka pro menší stavební firmy, která by mohla do firmy přilákat nové zaměstnance i zákazníky. This diploma thesis deals with teamwork and corporate culture in construction. The objective of the thesis is at first to theoretically define the topic of teamwork and corporate culture in construction. The theoretical part provides a coherent view of the issue. The practical part presents the results of quantitative and qualitative research. Data were collected through the questionnaires and structured interviews with employees of construction companies. Parts of the thesis are partial conclusions and recommendations for improvement. The result of the diploma thesis is methodological manual for small and medium construction companies. This manual could attract new employees and customers to the companies.
