Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na overenie identifikácie prchavých látok vzorky pomocou výpočtu retenčných indexov. Pre stanovenie bola použitá metóda HS-SPME-GC-MS. Prvá časť práce je teoretická a zameriava sa najmä na stručné ujasnenie pojmov ako plynová chromatografia, retenčný čas, retenčný index, hmotnostná spektrometria, ale aj na chemicko - fyzikálny popis vzorky CBD oleja, ktorá bola použitá na overenie funkčnosti retenčných indexov. Na stanovenie retenčných indexov bol použitý štandard homologickej rady n-alkánov (C8 - C20), ktorý bol analyzovaný za totožných podmienok ako vzorka. Vo vzorke CBD oleja sa podarilo identifikovať 38 prchavých zlúčenín. Ich identifikácia bola potvrdená výpočtom retenčných indexov, pre výpočet bola použitá rovnica podľa H. van der Doola a D.J. Kratza a zrovnaním s tabelovanými hodnotami pre rovnaký typ chromatografickej kolóny. This bachelor thesis is focused on verifying the identification of volatile compounds using retention indices. The HS-SPME-GC-MS was used for determination. First part is theoretical and is focused especially on the brief definition of terms such as gas chromatography, retention time, retention index, mass spectrometry, however, the chemical and physical description of the CBD oil sample, which was used to prove the function of retention indices, is also mentioned. The standard homologous set of n-alkanes (C8 - C20) was used to determinate the retention indices, which was analyzed under the same conditions as the sample of CBD oil. In the CBD oil 38 volatile compounds were successfully identified. Their identification was confirmed by calculating their retention indices using the equation by H. van der Dool and D.J. Kratz, and comparing with tabulated values for the same type of chromatographic column.
