Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh dvoupodlažní přístavby penzionu v Sebranicích u Boskovic. Objekt se nachází na rovinatém terénu a přiléhá ke stávajícímu objektu venkovského stavení. V objektu se nachází společenský sál, nové zázemí stávajícího objektu, wellness, garáže, recepce, zasedací místnost, jídelna a sedm ubytovacích jednotek pro přechodné ubytování maximálně 18 osob. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy z konstrukčního systému z keramických tvárnic systému HELUZ, objekt je založen na základových pasech. Stropy a schodiště jsou monolitické železobetonové. Střecha je šikmá, sedlová, tvořená vaznicovou soustavou. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. This diploma thesis deals with the design of a two-storey extension of a penzion house in Sebranice near Boskovice. The building is located on a flat terrain and is adjacent to the existing building of a country house. The building has a ballroom, new facilities for the existing building, wellness, garage, reception, meeting room, dining room and seven accommodation units for temporary accommodation for a maximum of 18 people. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from a structural system of ceramic blocks of the HELUZ systém, the building are based on foundation strips. The ceilings and stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is sloping, saddle, formed by a purlin system. The work contains project documentation for the construction.
