Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování stavebně technologického projektu hotelu Nábřeží u Kunovské přehrady. Stavebně technologický projekt této práce je zaměřen na hrubou stavbu realizace hotelu Nábřeží. Součástí práce je technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, koordinační situace stavby s dočasným dopravním značením, širší vztahy dopravních tras, časový a finanční plán stavby, soupis prací, dodávek a služeb. Dále se práce zabývá podrobným návrhem zařízení staveniště, návrhem hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů, časovým plánem hlavního stavebního objektu, využitím strojů v čase. Práce obsahuje také technologický předpis pro provádění monolitické stropní konstrukce, včetně kontrolního a zkušebního plánu, hlukovou studii a porovnání variant finanční a časové náročnosti svislého nosného systému včetně zateplení hlavního stavebního objektu. This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological solution of hotel Nábřeží near Kunovská dam. The aim of this work is to choose the appropriate construction process of rough construction. Thesis contains technical report of main object, technological prescription and test plan for reinforced concrete ceiling, work plan and schedule of work also project of site equipment, main construction machinery and noise measurement survey. Further there is financial and time demand comparison of existing and alternative design of vertical load-bearing system in the connection with thermal insulation.
