Za účelem zachování řádného stavu budov, mostů, silnic a dalších staveb je nezbytná jejich pravidelná údržba. Často platí, že pokud se podaří zachytit poruchu na počátku jejího vzniku, jsou náklady na její odstranění daleko nižší, než po měsících až letech nekontrolované degradace. Lokalizovat poruchu včas, často znamená, detekovat ji ještě dříve, než je viditelná pouhým okem. Klíčovým prostředkem ke zjištění skrytých poruch jsou nedestruktivní diagnostické metody (NDT). Účelem předkládané metodiky je upřesnit postup pro zavádění nových nedestruktivních diagnostických metod do praxe, aby mohl být využit jejich potenciál a nahrazeny, či vhodným způsobem doplněny stávající používané metody. Jsou zde prezentovány vybrané NDT metody a možnosti jejich uplatnění na vybraných objektech dopravní infrastruktury, včetně přínosu provádění srovnávacích měření a tvorby vzorových příkladů uplatnění nových NDT metod. Předkládaná metodika byla zpracována v rámci projektu TE01020168 – Centrum pro efektivní a udržitelnou dopravní infrastrukturu (CESTI), za finanční podpory Technologické agentury ČR v rámci programu Centra kompetence. Tato metodika je určena především pro státní správu, správce dopravní infrastruktury a zpracovatele diagnostického průzkumu staveb. In order to maintain the proper condition of buildings, bridges, roads and other structures, their regular maintenance is essential. Often, if the distress is detected at the beginning of the disorder, the cost of removing it is far lower than after months of uncontrolled degradation. Locating a distress in time, often means detecting it before it is visible to the naked eye. A key means of detecting hidden distresses is non-destructive diagnostic methods (NDT). The purpose of the proposed methodology is to clarify the procedure for introducing new non-destructive diagnostic methods into practice in order to exploit their potential and to replace them or to suitably complement the existing methods. There are presented selected NDT methods and possibilities of their application on selected transport infrastructure objects, including the contribution of comparative measurements (round robin tests) and the creation of illustrative cases of the application of new NDT methods. The presented methodology was prepared within project TE01020168 - Centre for Effective and Sustainable Transport Infrastructure (CESTI), with financial support of the Czech Technology Agency within the Centre of Competence Program. This methodology is intended primarily for the state authorities, the transport infrastructure administrators and companies dealing with diagnostic surveys.
