Obecná metodika vedení jednoduchých tematických mapovacích prací využívajících metody dálkového průzkumu Země (DPZ) vychází ze zkušeností autorů z realizace úlohy „Podpora inventarizace kontaminovaných míst metodami dálkového průzkumu Země“ v rámci projektu Národní inventarizace kontaminovaných míst 2. etapa (NIKM2) a z praxe vedení celostátních kartografických prací. Identifikace a umístění možných lokalit, resp. zájmových objektů s pravděpodobnou kontaminací distančními metodami („indicie kontaminovaných míst“) představuje důležitou součást metodiky inventarizace kontaminovaných míst a naplnění cca 50 % vstupní databáze lokalit pro inventarizaci. Konkrétní příklad projektu (případová studie) „Mapování distribuce indicií kontaminovaných míst na území ČR“ ilustruje uplatnitelnost vypracované metodiky. The general methodology of conducting thematic mapping works using remote sensing methods is based on the authors' experience with the task of “Supporting Inventory of Contaminated Sites by Remote Sensing Methods” within the National Stake Inventory Inventory Stage 2 (NIKM2) works. Identification and location of possible sites, resp. objects of interest with probable contamination by distance methods (“contaminated site clues”) represent an important part of the methodology of contaminated sites inventory and fill approximately 50% of the input to the database of sites for inventory. A concrete example of the project (case study) “Mapping the distribution of indications of contaminated sites in the Czech Republic” illustrates the applicability of the developed methodology.
