Cílem bakalářské práce je poukázat, jaký vliv má zavedení povinnosti vést EET na podnikatelskou činnost, a to zejména v oblasti obchodu. V první části je uveden základní teoretický aparát. Další část se zabývá zejména vyhodnocením příležitostí a rizik, které přináší povinnost vedení evidence. Ve vlastní části práce jsou pro potřeby porovnání uvedeny státy, v nichž byla EET rovněž zavedena a součástí úseku práce je zmínka o jednotlivých sankcích za porušení povinnosti vedení evidence v jednotlivých zemích, a to rovněž v porovnání se sankcemi v České republice. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to illustrate the impact of the obligation to administer the EET for business activity, especially in the field of trade. The first part deals with the basic theoretical apparat. Further, the work evaluates oppor-tunities and threats resulting from obligation to record the evidence. In my part of the thesis, I enlisted countries where the EET was also introduced and the part of the thesis section refers to individual sanctions for violation of the obligation to keep records in these countries, also in comparison with the sanctions in the Czech Republic.
