Bakalářská práce se zabývá navržením vhodných strategií pro podnik XY, s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část obsahuje literární rešerši, představuje teoretická východiska a metody použité v části druhé. Druhá část je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, která slouží k určení příležitostí, hrozeb, silných a slabých stránek podniku. Následně jsou vytvořeny dílčí strategie za pomoci SWOT matice. Výsledné strategie jsou vybrány na základě SPACE analýzy. Výsledkem práce je návrh vhodných strategií pro podnik. Bachelor thesis propose appropriate strategies for company XY, ltd. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes literature research, presents the theoretical background and methods used in the second part. The second part is focused on external and internal environmental analysis that determines opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. Afterwards, intermediate strategies are formed by the SWOT matrix. Resulting strategies are selected by the SPACE analysis. The result of thesis is strategic proposal for the company.
