Tato práce je zaměřena na penzijní připojištění. Konkrétně na výši měsíční úložky, kterou si účastníci penzijního připojištění přispívají na své účty. Hlavním cílem práce je určit faktory spojené s klientem, které ovlivňují výši měsíčního příspěvku. Dále stanovit doporučení penzijním společnostem, na co se mají primárně zaměřit, při oslovování klientů, s ohledem na zvýšení příspěvku. This thesis focuses on supplementary pension insurance. Specifically, the amount of the monthly deposit that contributors contribute to their accounts. The main aim of the thesis is to identify factors associated with the client that affect the amount of the monthly contribution. Furthermore, to recommend to pension companies what they should primarily focus on in addressing clients with a view to increasing their contribution.
