Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci obchodní společnosti ŠKAREK s.r.o. a navrhnout řešení pro její zlepšení. První část práce se zabývá současným stavem základních poznatků v oblasti finanční analýzy. Na tuto část navazuje aplikování zjištěných poznatků s využitím účetních závěrek za 12 účetních období vybrané obchodní společnosti, a to formou elementárních metod finanční analýzy. Zjištěné výsledky jsou porovnány s průměrnými hodnotami v rámci daného odvětví společnosti a je navrženo několik potencionálních řešení pro zlepšení jejího finančního zdraví. Halmová, V. Evaluation of financial situation of business company ŠKAREK s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno, 2017. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation of business company ŠKAREK s.r.o. and to propose a solution for improvement. The first part of the thesis deals with the current state of basic knowledge in the field of financial analysis. This part is followed by the application of the findings with the use of financial statements for 12 accounting periods of the selected business company, in the form of elementary methods of financial analysis. The results are compared with the average values within the company sector and several potential solutions are proposed to improve financial health of the company.
